Actualmente, hay un significativo número de narrativas que ficcionalizan a escritores y mezclan los discursos literario, histórico y crítico. La conversión de autores en personajes es un procedimiento creciente en la literatura contemporánea y dialoga tanto con la obra y la vida del escritor ficcionalizado como con lahistoriografía literaria, de acuerdo con Esteves (2010). El caso de Jorge Luis Borges es representativo de la proliferación de esa vertiente híbrida, pues él fue convertido en personaje de muchas novelas, cuentos, crónicas, cómics, obras teatrales y películas en distintas partes del mundo por innúmeros escritores, evidenciando su universalidad. Entre esas ficciones, se destaca la novela argentina Las libres del Sur (2004), de María Rosa Lojo. En esa narrativa, la ficcionalización del canónico escritor y el cruce de los discursos literario, histórico y crítico problematizan la construcción de la historia de la literatura, entre otras cuestiones. Así, los objetivos de nuestro trabajo son analizar la literaturización del autor argentino en la citada novela de Lojo y su red discursiva.
Nowadays, there is an expressive number of narratives that fictionalize writers and mix literary, historical and critical speeches. The conversion of authors into characters is an increasing procedure in contemporary literature. According to Esteves (2010), this conversion talks, at the same time, with the text and the fictionalized writer as well as with literary historiography. Jorge Luis Borges is a representative example of the proliferation of that hybrid approach, for several writers showed his universality by transforming him in character of many novels, stories, chronicles, comics, plays and films in different parts of the world. The Argentinian novel Las libresdel Sur (2004), by María Rosa Lojo, transcends among those fictions. In this narratives, the fictionalization of that canonical writer and the blend of literary, historical and critical speeches turn problematic the construction of literary history, among other matters. Thus, this paper aims at analyzing the fictionalization of the Argentinian author in Lojo’s novel as well as its discursive network.
