La imbricación de la historia en la literatura es una realidad por demás conocida que ha generado una vasta producción de estudios. No obstante, a medida que pasa el tiempo, podemos encontrar cierto desdibujamiento de aquella relación e incluso su olvido. La recuperación de realidades históricas en torno a las narrativas literarias las legitima, consolida sus ideas y posibilita, a quienes realizamos estudios históricos, rescatar de pasados de no siempre fácil acceso, saberes y conocimiento. Mayor peso adquiere la especificidad del contenido recuperado, no ya de hechos cuanto de institutos y de figuras que organizaron, muchas veces a lo largo de siglos, determinados tipos de unidades políticas y/o sus gestiones de administración y toma decisional. En este último aspecto será el estudio iushistórico el que dará forma y metodología al abordaje concreto de aquella vinculación. En este escenario, inscribiremos la presentación de la investigación en curso en el que concurren, disciplinariamente, la Literatura Argentina y la Historia del Derecho. Estas últimas, en sus tradiciones coloniales, quedarán enlazadas, en la pluma de Marco Denevi, en las vidas de Leonides y de Cecilia, quienes nos llevarán a encontrarnos en el tiempo, no ya contemporáneo, sino colonial, de estas tierras, con «las agregadas» y el rol que jugaron en la organización social intra- y extradoméstica. Ello refuerza la necesidad científica de observar los alientos de la resistencia y resiliencia de las mujeres en llevar sus vidas adelante en todos los tiempos de nuestra historia como país.
The imbrication of history in literature is a wellknown reality that has occupied thousands of written pages. However, as time goes by, we can find a certain blurring of that relationship and even its forgetfulness. The recovery of historical realities around literary narratives legitimizes them consolidating their ideas and enables those of us who carry out historical studies to recover from the past not always easily accessible knowledge and knowledge. Greater weight acquires the specificity of the content recovered no longer from facts than from institutes and figures that organized, often, over centuries, certain types of political units and/or their managerial and decisionmaking. In this aspect it will be the “iushistórico” study that will give form and methodology to the concrete approach of that link. In this context, we will record the presentation of the ongoing investigation in which Argentine literature and the History of Law participate in a disciplinary manner. The latter in their colonial traditions will be linked, in the pen of Marco Denevi, the lives of Leonides and Cecilia who will take us to the time, not only contemporary but colonial of these lands, with the aggregates and the role they played in intra and extra domestic social organization. This reinforces the scientific need to observe, in the light of the gender perspective, the encouragement of resistance and resilience of women in leading their lives forward in all times of our history as a country.
