En este artículo se analiza la presencia de una subjetividad homosexual –náufraga del deseo homoerótico– en la poesía del escritor chileno Pedro Montealegre. El poeta impugna y raja una serie de metarrelatos que, a la vez que constituyen al sujeto queer, lo excluyen a sus márgenes (nación, canon, género heteronormativo, utopía marxista). En particular, propongo que el poeta fabrica una poética rajada y una escritura letal, en las que figuras como un Cronos homosexual, un Píndaro periférico y un poseur apestado, no solo exponen la fractura y la destrucción de estas narrativas, sino también instalan una memoria sidada que trae y exhibe el cuerpo enfermo de VIH/sida para polemizar, así, con las políticas del olvido poscóctel.
This article analyzes the presence of homosexual subjectivity –castaway o homoerotic desire–in the poetry of the Chilean writer Pedro Montealegre. The poet contests and cuts a series of meta-stories that, while constituting the queer subject, exclude him at his margins (nation, canon, heteronormative gender, Marxist utopia). Specifically, I argue that the poet fabricates cracked poetics and lethal writing, employing figures such as a homosexual Cronos, a peripheral Pindar, and a plagued poseur, not only expose the fracture and destruction of these narratives, but also install a sidada memory that brings and exhibits the body suffering from HIV/ AIDS to polemicize, thus, with the politics of post-cocktail oblivion.
