A lo largo del presente trabajo se trata de reconstruir el contexto en que surgió el movimiento poético La otra sentimentalidad, a comienzos de los años ochenta, analizando los planteamientos ideológicos y estéticos de dicho movimiento y la evolución poética de sus principales representantes. Se trata de mostrar cómo la poesía funciona como un documento histórico de una época determinada y de analizar las relaciones entre poesía e ideología.
Throughout this work it is a question of reconstructing the context in which the poetic movement La otra sentimentalidad arose, at the beginning of the eighties, analyzing the ideological and aesthetic approaches of this movement and the poetic evolution of its main representatives. The aim of this essay is to show how poetry works as a historical document of a given period and to analyze the relationship between poetry and ideology.
