Aquest article presenta la recerca feta a través de 585 enquestes a joves valencians d’entre set-ze i vint-i-un anys sobre rols de gènere i consum musical. S’hi intenten extreure reflexions sobre la correlació entre gust musical, percepcions de gènere i multilingüisme. A partir dels resultats, es plantegen problemàtiques i oportunitats sobre l’ús de les cançons en l’ensenya-ment a l’escola en català, concretament, al País Valencià. Aquest article forma part d’un pro-jecte de recerca més ampli sobre la modelització didàctica del gènere de text cançó en contex-tos educatius multilingües com el valencià.
This article presents the research conducted through 585 surveys of young Valencians be-tween the ages of sixteen and twenty-one years regarding gender roles and music consump-tion. An attempt is made to draw ideas on the correlation between gender and music consumption and between musical taste, gender perceptions and multilingualism. Based on the results, problems and opportunities are observed regarding the use of songs in school teaching in Catalan, specifically in the Valencian Country. This article is part of a wider re-search project on the didactic modeling of the song text genre for multilingual educational contexts such as that of Valencia.
