Este trabajo se propone definir los contornos de un tipo singular de aforismo, que no se publica en las colecciones o volúmenes antológicos habituales, sino que suele encontrarse en obras pertenecientes a otros géneros literarios (novela, poesía, ensayo, artículo periodístico, diario íntimo, etcétera), en cuyo seno destacan como «fontezicas de filosophía», según Fernando de Rojas, singularizadas por su potencia expresiva. El exoaforismo, por tanto, es una manifestación más de la incertidumbre genérica y de la indeterminación ontológica que sufre el aforismo como forma literaria, y de esa mutabilidad fronteriza que arrastra consigo como virtud o problema secular. Se estudiarán los mecanismos de exogenia del exoaforismo en los distintos géneros literarios, con análisis concretos de sus características principales, a través de algunos ejemplos tomados de la literatura española contemporánea.
This study aims to define the contours of a singular type of aphorism, which is not published in the usual anthological collections or volumes but is usually found in works belonging to other literary genres (novels, poetry, essays, journalistic articles, diaries, etc.), in which they stand out as «fontezicas de filosophía», according to Fernando de Rojas, distinguished by their expressive power. Exoaphorism, therefore, is one more manifestation of the generic uncertainty and ontological indeterminacy suffered by the aphorism as a literary form, and it carries that borderline mutability as a virtue or secular problem. The mechanisms of exogeny of exoaphorism in the different literary genres will be studied, with specific analysis of its main characteristics, through some examples taken from contemporary Spanish literature.
