En el presente estudio se pretende analizar una parte del corpus literario de la escritora republicana Carlota O’Neill. Especial atención se prestará a los elementos topológicos que se hallan en sus textos. Nos proponemos analizar estos aspectos apoyándonos en las herramientas metodológicas de los estudios ectópicos, de la perspectiva del giro espacial y, finalmente, de la noción del “lugar de enunciación”, con el objetivo de establecer nuevas conexiones entre el estatuto autorial de la literatura escrita antes y durante el exilio y la relación con el espacio simbólico y real en el cual la literatura se origina y circula.
This study analyzes part of the literary corpus of the Republican writer Carlota O’Neill. Special attention will be paid to the topological elements in her texts. We propose to analyze these aspects using the methodological tools of ectopic studies, the perspective of the spatial turn, and, finally, the notion of the “place of enunciation”, with the aim of establishing new connections between the authorial status of literature written before and in exile and its relationship to the symbolic and real space in which literature originates and circulates.
