Este artículo analiza las leyes sobre maternidad asistida en Italia y España desde una perspectiva pragmática centrada en las dimensiones macro y microlingüísticas. A través del estudio de la Ley 14/2006 y la Legge n. 40/2004, se identifican configuraciones discursivas sobre el rol de la mujer y su carga ideológica. El análisis se basa en los actos de habla y en las estrategias discursivas del lenguaje jurídico, entendido como una variedad especializada con técnicas expresivas y comunicativas precisas.
This article analyses laws on assisted motherhood in Italy and Spain from a pragmatic perspective, focusing on macro- and micro-linguistic dimensions. Through the study of Law 14/2006 and Law No. 40/2004, it identifies discursive configurations related to women’s roles and their ideological implications. The analysis centers on speech acts and discursive strategies in legal language, understood as a specialized variety with precise expressive and communicative techniques.
