This paper aims to identify Instagram (IG) profiles directly managed by University Language Centres in Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. The investigation then focuses on a sample of IG pages, analysing posts that represent social inclusion, based on selections made by a group of 20 participants, in order to understand the content and communication strategies used by these centres to convey the value. The results highlight themes of inclusion primarily expressed through images of group sharing,as well as geographical differences with regard to the use and diffusion of IG.
