The aim of this article is to shed light on the unknown existence of Guerrilla, the avant-garde magazine directed by Blanca Luz Brum between 1927 and 1928, and to justify its central position in the core of the Peruvian avant-garde. With the aim of proposing Guerrilla as a magazine to the left of Amauta, and particularly in line with its political-revolutionary ideology, the paper will first present the publication dates found in the archival research, then analyse the manifestos of the first five issues of the magazine, the magazine's links with the network of avant-garde magazines, and finally observe the programmatic continuities in two of Blanca Luz Brum's later magazines, "El arte por la revolución" (1928-1929) and Sobre la Marcha. Cartel mural de cultura para las masas (1936-1938).
