Se analizan en el trabajo las soluciones romances en las que han desembocado las vocales etimológicas de los topónimos de la zona objeto de estudio. Como puede comprobarse, los comportamientos son los propios del aragonés. Quizás los más característicos serían la diptongación de las vocales breves tónicas É y ó en íalie y ualue, respectivamente, incluso ante yod; el mantenimiento de ¡alie < P ante cualquier consonante; la metafonía producida por la -u final sobre É, Y (> i) y sobre 5, ú (> u); la conservación o tendencia a la conservación de las vocales finales -o, -e, y la prótesis de a- ante vibrante múltiple = This work analyses the Romance solutions that the etymological voweIs of the toponyms of the area targeted by the study have culminated in.
