Resumen de Las primeras personas de los presentes de ser, dar, estar e ir en documentos notariales riojanos del siglo XIII

  : A través de documentos notariales de seis colecciones diplomáticas medievales de La Rioja, hemos aportado algunos datos referentes a la cuestión de la -y de las primeras personas del singular del presente de indicativo de los verbos ser y dar. Nos hemos centrado en textos correspondientes a los siglos XIII y XIV, ya que nos parecen los determinantes para atestiguar el cambio. Desde el punto de vista teórico, hemos examinado las teorías recogidas por Carmen Pensado acerca esta cuestión y las hemos cotejado con los ejemplos obtenidos a fin de llegar a alguna conclusión al respecto. Aunque, generalmente, a la hora de estudiar la evolución de una lengua se manejan textos literarios, creemos conveniente dar la versión complementaria que aportan los documentos notariales. Con total claridad se manifestó Menéndez Pidal, si bien ha habido opiniones en contra, como Blake, quien califica los textos jurídicos y notariales como "rígidamente formulaicos", por lo que no se les puede atribuir gran valor lingüístico. Son, efectivamente, formulaicos, pero no en su totalidad: el cuerpo del documento suele presentar vacilaciones y novedades de gran interés; es más, incluso en las fórmulas se aprecian evoluciones.   Through legal documents of six medieval collections from La Rioja we offer some information about the question of the vowel -y added at the end of the first person of singular of the present tense in indicative mood which the Spanish verbs ser and dar show from the 13th century. We have selected texts from the 13th and 14th centuties because they are more interesting in order to look at the various stages of the change. From a theoric point of view, we have examined the theories collected by C. Pensado and we have compared them with those examples that we have found in the analized texts from La Rioja. Different authors use to work on literary texts, but we have done it through legal documents because we need original ones to finish this paper with solid conclusions. Although it is been said that this type of documents do not show linguistic changes due to his rigid structure, it is not true. The core of the legal text offers many variants and many diachronic developments.
