  Este artículo es un estudio acerca de aquellas formas constitutivas externas �parte, capítulo, párrafo, título, etc.- en el que el texto de una narración aparece distribuido en las páginas de un libro. Además, y en especial, se analiza su estructura paratextual y el funcionamiento de las mismas como claves identificadora, descriptiva y apelativa textuales. Esto es, todo su dispositivo autoral y pragmático que viene a convertirse en una de las razones de ser del texto novelesco.

  This article provides a study of the external constitutive parts �division, chapter, paragraph, title�- in which narrations are typically divided in books. Furthermore, in also analyses paratextual structure and how the parts of a text serve as identifying, descriptive and appellative textual keys. Thus, the authorial and pragmatic disposition of text parts will be shown as one of the essential characteristics of the novel as a text.Paratexto, Diseño Editorial, Texto, Novela
