El propòsit d'aquest article és establir alguns punts de referècia, i també alguns interrogants, per tal que, en el futur, es puguin desenvolupar recerques i estudis sobre la dinàmica històrica de la Girona del barroc, la qual, fins aquests moments, ens és molt desconeguda.
The aim of this article is to lay down some reference points and some questions as well, with the objective that, in the future, will able to be developed research and studies into the historical dynamics of Girona's Baroque period, which, until now, is relatively unknown.
