New laws in the area of education and the normalisation of the Basque language: some thoughts. Some thoughts are being discussed now, considering the normalisation of the Basque language, about the Basque State School law and the decree concerning the level of language required to be known by teachers. In these laws, it seems that the normalisation of the Basque language, which has been the main point of the Basque School Reform System for many years, and above all with the introduction of the autonomy law, is reduced to becoming a requirement that has to be avoided or lightened. In order to argue this statement some sections of the laws just mentioned are analysed in this project.
Euskal Eskola Publikoaren legea eta Irakaslegoaren Hizkuntza Eskakizunen Dekretuaren inguruan zenbait gogoeta egiten dira euskararen normalkuntza ikusmiratzat harturik. Urte askotan, eta autonomia legealdiarekin bereziki, euskal eskolaren erreformaren ardatza izatetik, saihestu edo arindu beharreko obligazioa izatera mugatzen dela dirudi euskararen normalizazioak, lege hauetan. Baieztapen hau arrazoitzeko aipatutako legeen zenbait atal aztertzen dira lantxo honetan.
