Se da cuenta de errores comunes en la formación griega de palabras científico-médicas, tanto novedosas como consagradas por el uso, con ánimo de corregir esta tendencia, desenfrenada en ese momento, 1906, por los avances constantes de la ciencia, que amenaza, según el comentarista y el autor del artículo principal, con que para estudiar medicina haya que rodearse de diccionarios técnicos de tres o cuatro gruesos volúmenes.
This paper describes some common errors in the formation based on Greek of scientific and medical words, including both new words and words that have become enshrined through usage. The intention is to correct a runaway tendency of that time (1906), stemming from the then ongoing scientific advances, that threatens to force medical students to surround themselves with technical dictionaries consisting of three or four thick tomes each, according to the commentator and the author of the main article.
