El artículo propone un estudio pragmáticodiscursivo de textos del ámbito jurídico-administrativo usados por los indígenas del Valle del Mantaro en el virreinato del Perú durante los siglos XVI y XVII. Se trata de notificaciones de edictos y peticiones, textos que pertenecen a dos tradiciones discursivas diferentes. El propósito del trabajo es, por un lado, averiguar en los textos escritos por indígenas, fenómenos lingüísticos que no se corresponden con las reglas gramaticales de la lengua histórica castellana de los siglos XVI y XVII porque resultan del contacto de lengua castellano-quechua o representan fenómenos de una segunda lengua utilizada por un aprendiz. Por otro lado, se describen en los textos elementos de las tradiciones discursivas peninsulares trasladadas al contexto andino.
This article deals with texts produced by the indigenous peoples of the Mantaro Valley in the Viceroyality of Peru during the 16th and 17th Century. It aims to analyse the announcements of resolutions and petitions. The texts belong to two different discourse traditions in the judicialadministrative discourse universe. The purpose of the analysis is, on the one hand, to highlight linguistic phenomena which do not correspond with the grammatical rules of the Castilian language during the 16th and 17th Century, because they represent results of the castellanoquechua contact. On the other hand, the objective is to describe in the texts elements of the European discourse traditions that have been transferred to the Andine context.
