Este artículo trata sobre la polémica surgida en torno a la primera Exposición feminista celebrada en la sala Amaré de Madrid a principios del S. XX, que se ha podido conocer a través de la prensa, y en la que se observan dos visiones sobre la actividad artística femenina y la percepción que tenían los críticos acerca de la misma.
This paper discusses about the controversy that arose around the first feminist exhibition held at the room Amaré in Madrid at the beginning of the twentieth century, this which has been posible to track it through the press and in that which there are two visions about the artistic activity of the women and the perception that the critics had about the female painting.
