Aportamos en este trabajo algunos datos inéditos respecto a las circunstancias de la muerte del poeta cordobés Juan Ugart en la Batalla del Ebro en 1938. Asimismo reseñamos los datos de su expediente que se le tramitó en relación a su depuración como maestro nacional en 1936.
In this work we provide some unpublished data about the circumstances of the death of the poet from Córdoba Juan Ugart during the in the Battle of the Ebro in 1938. Furthermore, we describe some data about his purging process as national teacher in 1936.
