Este artículo tiene por objetivo primordial realizar un relato pedagógico en el que un profesor de secundaria y sus alumnos conversan con un afamado autor teatral al objeto de realizar una correcta interpretación de una de sus obras teatrales que los alumnos han de leer y comentar críticamente. Sobre la base de tres cartas reales del autor teatral en las que el asunto tratado se desarrolla en tres diferentes estilos, se llega a la interpretación pedagógica del autor sobre su propia obra de la que se resaltan los diferentes motivos teatrales, el tema, la trama y la técnica. De aquí se pasa a otras experiencias didácticas del profesor, de carácter práctico, con la actuación dramática y representación teatral, en un taller escolar de teatro del nivel de enseñanza secundaria, con base en la obra del citado autor, a partir de las cuales se realiza una aproximación a la trayectoria dramática de toda su producción teatral.
The goal of this paper is to provide a pedagogical story in which a secondary school teacher and his students discuss with a famous playwrightthe best way to critically read and comment one of his plays. Based on three letters by the dramatist,where the topic is dealt with in three different styles, the author reaches a pedagogical interpretation of his own oeuvre highlighting the different motivations, the theme, the plot and the technique.This is further enriched with other didactic experiences at the theatre and drama workshop run by the teacher at secondary school level based on the works of the abovementioned author. Furthermore, these experiences constitute the starting point for an approximation to the theatrical trajectory of the playwright’s body of work.
