Este artículo propone que hubo un proyecto creador, previo al de la antipoesía, el cual se extiende entre 1935 y 1946. Estos once años configuran la primera etapa escritural de Nicanor Parra (1914-2018). Este período tiene tres residencias que configuran su poética: la primera de ellas en Santiago, luego en Chillán y finalmente su regreso a la capital (que incluye una estadía en Estados Unidos entre 1943 y 1944). Concluimos que los noventa y seis textos publicados en este lapso conforman un método poético, complejo y múltiple, imprescindible para comprender –cabalmente– la obra del antipoeta.
This article proposes that prior to Nicanor Parra’s creative project of antipoetry, there was another project, which runs between 1935 and 1946. These eleven years make up the first writing stage of Nicanor Parra (1914-2018). This period includes three residences that shape his poetry: the first one in Santiago, then in Chillán and finally his return to the capital (which includes his time in the United States between 1943 and 1944). We conclude that the ninety-six texts published in this period make up a poetic, complex and multiple method, essential to fully understand the work of the anti-poet
