The objective of this study is to compare the general results provided by two researches conducted in Morocco on lexical availability in Spanish as a foreign language (SFE) from a quantitative point of view:
the first analyzes the Spanish vocabulary of students in the last year of secondary education, that is, Second High School, while the second one studies the First year of the University. Both investigations apply the same methodological guidelines that are followed within the PanHispanic Project of Lexical Availability. The analysis of the first results shows a progress in the number of updated responses, compared to a notable setback that is recorded according to the productivity of words
