Este trabajo parte de un catálogo de textos narrativos que, recopilados en estudio anterior (XXXX) y publicados en España entre 2000 y 2019, deben su argumento o parte de él a la tradición cidiana. El objetivo en esta ocasión es examinar determinados textos del catálogo que se ajustan a la etiqueta de “ficción histórica”, para ponerlos en relación con su contexto de producción y, de manera más específica, con ese marco de interpretación que ofrece la crítica literaria posmoderna. Se trata, en fin, de plantear una hipótesis explicativa para ese renovado interés por la figura del Cid en pleno siglo XXI.
This article is based on a catalog of narrative texts that, published in Spain between 2000 and 2019 and compiled in a previous study (XXXX), owe their plot or part of it to the Cidian tradition. The objective is to examine certain texts in the catalog that fit the label of "historical fiction", put them in relation to their context of production, more specifically, to that framework of interpretation offered by postmodern literary criticism, and, ultimately, trying to justify this renewed interest in the Cid in current Spanhish narrative.
