Fray Bernabé de Palma (1469-1532) es el autor del libro Via Spiritus, obra póstuma del escritor y místico cordobés, nacido en Palma del Río. Considerado uno de los grandes creadores de la mística franciscana española del Siglo de Oro. Su gran libro místico fue incluido en el Índice de Libros Prohibidos de la Santa Inquisición el año 1559, no obstante, logró una notable influencia entre lectores tan reconocidos como Santa Teresa de Jesús.
Fray Bernabé de Palma (1469-1532), is the author of the book Via Spiritus, postthumous work of the Cordoban mystical writer, born in Palma del Río. Considerer one of the great creators of the Franciscan mysticism of the Spanish Golden Age. His great mystical bok was included in the index of Forbbiden Books of the Holy Inquisition in the year 1559. He achieved a notable influence among readers, such as Santa Teresa de Jesús.
