A partir del reconocimiento del espacio donde acontece la escena, un estanque de aguas cristalinas que se asemeja a un mikvé judío, el trabajo descifra el simbolismo religioso del fragmento y trata de vincularlo con el significado general de la obra
This article analyses a small motif that forms part of book IV of La Diana written by Jorge de Montemayor: the ritual bath of Felismena before her entry into the temple. Starting from the exploration of the space where the scene takes place, consisting of a pool of crystalline waters that resembles a Jewish mikveh, this essay deciphers the religious symbolism of the fragment, and tries to link it with the general meaning of the work
