En este trabajo se realiza un análisis de la presencia del diablo en las colecciones didácticas de exempla del medievo castellano. Se rastrean las menciones al mismo en los textos y se analiza la frecuencia y tipología de sus intervenciones como personaje literario a través de tres obras representativas del género en los siglos xiii, xiv y xv. Al mismo tiempo, se comparan los resultados con la concepción teológica imperante en la Edad Media.
n this work it is performed an analysis of the presence of the Devil in the didactic exempla collections of Castillian Middle Age. The references to him are tracked in the textes and it is analysed the frequency and typology of his interventions as literary character through three representative textes of the genre in xiii, xiv and xv centuries. At the same time, our results are compared with the theological conceptions of the Devil through the Middle Ages.
