    Dada la crisis que vivimos en los tiempos actuales y el resurgimiento del concepto de capitalismo, este ensayo tiene como propósito dilucidar el cambio entre en el contenido del concepto capitalismo surgido a principios del siglo XX y la manera en que se entiende en la actualidad. Esto para dar cuenta de la crisis de la modernidad que se hace evidente en nuestro tiempo y entender de mejor manera las respuestas que se le dan, así como las diferentes prognosis de futuro que se pueden enunciar desde el presente dado un espacio de experiencia particular de principios del siglo XXI.

    Given the crisis we are experiencing in current times and the resurgence of the concept of capitalism. The purpose of this essay is to elucidate the change between the content of the capitalism concept that emerged at the beginning of the 20th century and the way it is understood today. In order to account for the crisis of modernity that is evident in our time and to understand in a better way the answers that are given to it, as well as the different prognoses for the future that can be stated from the present given a space of particular experience from the beginning of the 21st century.
