Nowadays very few people are those who think that neology is an avoidable wrong. We ale have the ability to create new words, either in a spontaneous or conscious way, and it is undeniable that languages constantly renew their lexical wealth and that, therefore, the inventory of words of a language will never be able to be conceived as a static or closed set. In this occasion, in order to verify the movement of lexical renewal, we shall compare and analyse two editions of a great dictionary, the one from María Moliner.
