Estudio de la obra del peruano Lorenzo de las Llamosas, escritor cortesano que vivió a caballo entre los siglos XVII y XVIII, consagrando su pluma a los ocasionales encargos literarios (cantos encomiásticos, espectáculos teatrales) que le hacían diversos protectores o mecenas. Su carácter, en cambio, no era propenso al panegírico y decide arrinconar la pluma y probar fortuna como pedagogo y soldado. Al final tiene que retomar su actividad literaria para satisfacer las voluntades de ciertos poderosos.
Study of the work of the Peruvian Lorenzo de las Llamosas, court writer who lived astride between the XVIIth and XVIIIth centuries, dedicating his pen to the occasional literary orders (panegyric poems, theatrical spectacles) that diverse protectors or patron were doing to him. His character, on the other hand, was not inclined to the panegyric, and he decides to corner the pen and to prove fortune as pedagogue and soldier.
