El texto trata la relación de las dos versiones de Execración por la fe católica de Francisco de Quevedo, la encontrada en Coruña y la encontrada en la biblioteca de la Real Colegiata de Roncesvalles. Ambas difieren en muchos aspectos: omiten fragmentos, tienen errores comunes pero los mayoritarios no coinciden… Hay varios hechos que dan a entender que son textos construidos de manera independiente. Sin embargo, tienen en común un arquetipo, por lo que es lógico sospechar que estos manuscritos estuvieron en circulación en el siglo XVIII y otros y que tomaron influencia el uno del otro.
The text explains the relationship between the two versions of Execración por la fe católica by Francisco de Quevedo, one found in Coruña and the other one found in the library of the Real Colegiata of Roncesvalles. Both differ in many aspects: they omit fragments, they have common errors but the majority do not coincide... There are several facts that suggest that they are texts constructed independently. However, they share an archetype, so it is logical to suspect that these manuscripts were in circulation in the eighteenth century and others and that they took influence from each other.
