Previo el estudio de antecedentes históricos, el trabajo aborda los desequilibrios existentes en Derecho Español entre las posiciones del contribuyente y la Administración, enfatizando la importancia de la colaboración del ciudadano en el funcionamiento del sistema tributario, y abogando por el cumplimento efectivo de los Derechos constitucionales de éste.
Prior to analysis of the historical background, this work addresses the existing imbalance in the Spanish Law between the positions of taxpayer and Administration, emphasising the importance of citizens collaboration in the Tax system and advocating for faithful compliance with its Constitutional rights.
