Este artículo analiza las relaciones entre “cultura y edu-cación” a partir del análisis de las políticas del Ministerio de Innovación y Cultura de Santa Fe, Argentina, entre los años 2007 y 2019. Se organiza en tres apartados: el pri-mero “Nacer y convivir: dos dimensiones entrelazadas” expone decisiones conceptuales y metodológicas de la investigación que se está desarrollando; el segundo, de-nominado “Intersecciones necesarias: trabajo y acción para la integración democrática y participativa”, aborda la conjunción de fuerzas que se desplegaron para la crea-ción del Ministerio de Innovación y Cultura y la producción de políticas públicas allí diseñadas y el último, “Políticas públicas para nacer y convivir”, examina los programas específicos que conformaron el cuerpo central de dicho Ministerio durante los años en estudio
This publication analyzes the relationship between culture and education based on the analysis of policies of the Ministry of Innovation and Culture of Santa Fe, Argentina, between the years 2007 and 2019. It is organized in 3 sec-tions: the first “To be born and coexist: two intertwined di-mensions” exposes conceptual and methodological deci-sions of the research that is being developed; the second part called “Necessary intersections: work and action for democratic and participatory integration” addresses the conjunction of forces that were deployed for the creation of the Ministry of Innovation and Culture and the produc-tion of public policies designed there and, the last section, “Public policies for being born and coexist” examines the specific programs that made up the central body of the Ministry during the years under study
