The main theme of Jokin Muñoz’s narrative is the Basque conflict. His work is canonical in the Basque literary system, and for this reason, we have attempted a new reading from the perspective of feminist literary criticism, with the aim of analysing the representation of the armed conflict. According to the results, Muñoz’s work perpetuates the gender norms attributed to the use of violence, it reproduces the patriarchal model of militancy, it predominantly shows a hegemonic masculinity, and it represents a gendered transmission of ideology. Moreover, it seems to us that, when he intentionally resorts to a feminist perspective, he does so with the intent to make an even harsher critique of the armed group.
Jokin Muñozen narratiban gai nagusia izan da euskal gatazka armatuarena. Euskal literatur sisteman bere obra kanonikotzat hartu izan da, eta horregatik, lan honetan haren obrak berrirakurri ditugu, gatazka armatuaren irudikapena literatur kritika feministaren bidez aztertzeko. Emaitzen arabera, Muñozen obran indarkeriaren erabilerari egotzi izan zaizkion genero-arauak iraunarazten dira, militantzia eredu patriarkala erreproduzitzen da, maskulinitate hegemonikoa da nagusi eta ideologia transmisio generizatua irudikatzen da. Areago, narrazioren batean berariaz begirada feministaz baliatzen denean, talde armatuarenari buruzko kritika are gordinagoa egiteko dela iruditzen zaigu.
