Nuestro objetivo es relacionar las tres epidemias que Leonor de López de Córdoba vivió muy directamente y coinciden con su biografía y escrito autobiográfico, el primer texto de esta característica en castellano, siendo la primera persona que escribió autobiografía en nuestro idioma, allá por los primeros años del siglo XV. Un texto que además de un importante documento histórico-literario y médico, es una confesión, una justificación y una memorial de agravios.
Our main objective is to link the three different epidemics that Leonor de López de Córdoba experienced very directly during her life and which coincide with the moment she was writing her own autobiography. This is the first text in Spanish with these features and, in fact, she is the first person to write an autobiography in our language, back in the early years of the 15th century. A literary work that, in addition to an important historical-literary and medical document, is a confession, a justification and a memorial of grievances.
