La carta particular se erige como testimonio de un estado de lengua y de un espacio variacional en los que poder estudiar rasgos lingüísticos diatópicos, diastráticos y diafásicos. A partir del estudio comparado de 50 misivas datadas entre los siglos XVI y XVII, 25 de ellas de autoría femenina y 25 de autoría masculina, -la mayor parte de ellas de carácter autógrafo-, se han podido establecer rasgos diferenciadores mediados por la variable sexo.
The private letter stands as a testimony of a state of language and a variational space in which to study linguistic diatopic, diastratic and diaphasic features. From the comparative study of 50 letters dated between the 16th and 17th centuries, 25 of them female and 25 male, -most of them autograph-, it has been possible to establish differentiating features mediated by the variable sex.
