Numerosos investigadores e investigadoras levaron a cabo estudos fraseolóxicos comparativos entre o chinés e o español, sendo a zoonimia un dos temas máis prominentes no ámbito. Non obstante, os animais mitolóxicos continúan sendo un tema relativamente subexplorado. Co propósito de tratar esta fenda no coñecemento, neste traballo, preséntase a Fénix desde os seus aspectos esenciais, naturais, mitolóxicos e recreativos, co fin de lles brindar relevancia aos referentes que se lles adxudican a través do estudo da linguaxe figurada e, en concreto, da metáfora. As unidades fraseolóxicas que se achegan son parte do campo semántico, cultural e lingüístico cotián da China, xa que ten unha maior importancia como ritual no país asiático. Debe recoñecerse que a interculturalidade é un tema amplo, e mesmo infindo, pero que, desde aspectos puntuais e particulares, permite a unión de varias culturas. É por iso que este traballo convida a quen o ler á interculturalidade.
Numerous researchers have conducted comparative phraseological studies between Chinese and Spanish, with zoonimia being one of the most prominent themes in this field. However, mythological animals remain a relatively underexplored topic. With the purpose of addressing this gap in knowledge, this paper presents the phoenix from its essential, natural, mythological, and recreational aspects, aiming to highlight the references attributed to it through the study of figurative language, particularly metaphor. The phraseological units presented are part of China’s everyday semantic, cultural, and linguistic domain, as it holds greater ritualistic significance in the Asian country. It must be acknowledged that interculturality is a broad, even infinite, topic, but from specific and particular aspects, it allows for the integration of various cultures. Therefore, this paper invites the reader to embrace interculturality.
