The Royal Court is considered to be a political, administrative and governing organization that is in charge of conferring the titles corresponding to the different charges that are carried out by their beneficiaries. In the New Kingdom of Granada the archbishop Antonio Caballero y Góngora (1783-1789) practised diverse jobs and responsibilities in the effective function of his authority.
