Este artículo trata de la metáfora y de su función de conexión comunicativa entre el productor y el receptor, incluyendo las conexiones contextuales. Se estudia la metaphora conectens como una metáfora provista de una gran fuerza de conexión al estar fundamentada culturalmente. Se estudia la configuración del código retórico-cultural que está estrechamente vinculado a dicha conexión y se presta atención a la función argumentativa de la metaphora conectens tanto en el discurso retórico como en la obra literaria. Se estudian varios casos de impacto de este tipo de metáfora en virtud de su implicación perlocucionaria de función argumentativa. El artículo es una contribución a la teoría y crítica transferencial.
This article deals with metaphor and its function as a communicative link between the producer and the receiver, including contextual connections. It studies the metaphora conectens as a metaphor with great connecting power due to its cultural basis. It examines the configuration of the rhetorical-cultural code that is closely linked to this connection and focuses on the argumentative function of the metaphora conectens in both rhetorical discourse and literary works. Several cases of the impact of this type of metaphor are studied in light of its perlocutionary implication of argumentative function. The article is a contribution to transferential theory and criticism.
