La circulación de textos literarios entre la aristocracia de la Baja Edad Media resulta hoy incuestionable. A esta realidad obedece la realización de traducciones y copias de obras de diversa naturaleza, como es el caso del fragmento del Livro de Tristan hallado en 1928 por Manuel Serrano y Sanz entre los fondos de la Casa de Osuna del AHN. La contribución que aquí se presenta trata de ofrecer, desde la perspectiva de la historia social y cultural, nuevas hipótesis que puedan defender con cierta solvencia la procedencia y circulación del citado fragmento en el entorno nobiliario gallego. De esta manera se pueden acreditar inquietudes literarias entre sus miembros más señalados
The circulation of literary texts in aristocratic circles in the Late Middle Ages is unquestionable nowadays. Consequently, a variety of translations and copies were made, such as the fragment of the Livro de Tristan found in 1928 by Manuel Serrano y Sanz in the Spanish National Archive (AHN) «Casa de Osuna» collection. From a Social and Cultural History perspective, this work aims to offer new hypotheses able to reliably defend the origin and movement of the aforementioned fragment among the Galician nobility, confirming the literary inquisitiveness of its most noteworthy members
