Una vez extraídos los ítems léxicos, nuestro objetivo no solo se centra en revisar su recepción y tratamiento en la tradición lexicográfica del español, sino también en aproximarnos al dominio específico del conocimiento cultural y a la metodología etnolingüística, siguiendo a Moreno (2020a, 2020b). En definitiva, nos situamos en el ámbito disciplinar de la etnogastronomía y etnobotánica para alcanzar un mejor conocimiento del léxico tradicional de la biodiversidad de especies vegetales.
This research is concerned with a specialty repertoire, the Diccionario general de cocina (1892) by Ángel Muro, in order to select the terms defined as «plant». Once the lexical items have been extracted, our objective is not only to review their reception and treatment in the lexicographical tradition of Spanish, but also to approach the specific domain of cultural knowledge and ethnolinguistic methodology, following Moreno (2020a, 2020b). In conclusion, we approach this study from the disciplinary fields of ethnogastronomy and ethnobotany to better understand the traditional lexicon of the biodiversity of plant species.
