El presente artículo se centra en la comunicación gubernamental en Twitter. La investigación se basa en un corpus de datos pertenecientes a los perfiles de los Senados, Congresos de Diputados y Ministerios de Asuntos Exteriores de España e Italia. Los aspectos considerados en el análisis son: la productividad de los distintos perfiles y países, los rasgos específicos de la escritura digital en Twitter y la orientación ilocutiva que preside los mensajes.
This article focuses on government communication on Twitter. The research is based on a corpus of data from the profiles of Senates, Congresses of Deputies and Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Spain and Italy. The aspects considered in the analysis are: the productivity of the two different profiles and countries, the specific features of digital writing on Twitter and the illocutionary orientation that presides over the messages.
