Resumen de Recherches sur les nomenclatures de César et Antoine Oudin (1622, 1643, 1647)

  This article addresses jointly, and therefore in an unprecedented way, three early 17th century nomenclatures, the first published by César Oudin (1622) and the next two by his son Antoine (1643, 1647). After a brief presentation of these two authors and a description of the usual characteristics of these books, this study analyses the three volumes and examines the possible links between them.

  Cet article aborde conjointement, et donc d’une façon inédite, trois nomenclaturesdu début du XVIIe siècle, la première publiée par César Oudin (1622) et les deux suivantes par son fils Antoine (1643, 1647). Après une brève présentation de ces deux auteurs et une description des caractéristiques habituelles de ces ouvrages, cette étude analyse ces trois volumes et s’interroge sur les possibles liens qui les unissent.
