Este trabajo tiene como objetivo describir acústicamente las vocales del catalán central en habla espontánea y definir su campo de dispersión. Para llevar a cabo la investigación, hemos constituido un corpus de 896 vocales, normalizadas (Watt y Fabricius, 2002), de 67 informantes, de profesiones diversas y procedentes de diferentes regiones de la variedad dialectal central, en un contexto de habla espontánea real y genuina. A partir de los resultados que hemos obtenido, hemos comprobado que en habla espontánea el vocalismo catalán central tiene un margen de realización muy amplio.
This article presents the acoustic description Central Catalan vowels in spontaneous speech and difines vowel dispersion space. For this research a corpus was created comprising 896 vowels uttered of normalised (Watt & Fabricius, 2002), by 67 speakers, of different professions and from different regions, of the central dialect variety in a context of true and genuine spontaneous speech. Based on the results obtained, we have been able to verify that in spontaneous speech Central Catalan vowels present very wide dispersion margins.
